The firm was founded by CA J. Vimal Antony Lal in 2015 who is also an Associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He brings in vast and rich experience from various Industries he worked for in his decade long career including Audit, Consulting, MNC Manufacturing, ITES & Payment Industries.

For businesses which handle Accounting for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and other Companies which includes Bookkeeping, Adjusting of journals, Preparation of financial statements, iXBRL tagging, Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Installment Activity Statement (IAS) preparation. Internal accounting is also provided for some of VITAE’s client firms which additionally involves payroll, Monthly accounts, Budgeting and other similar services.

Taxation, Bank Audits & USGAAP accounting. She is also a member of the association of Certified Public Accountants of USA. She also specializes in US GAAP,TDS, GST. She also handles the outsourcing wing of VA & Associates for conversion of US GAAP into IGAAP and vice versa for MNCs.
